Since it’s opening in 2011 as Bread & Butter Concept’s 2nd restaurant, Urban Table has been a fixture for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the Corinth Shops.  This week Urban Table is shaking things up a bit as they transition to a full service restaurant every hour they are open.  They also are dropping breakfast from their operating hours Monday – Thursday.  They will still however serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday. As quoted in the Prairie Village Post, owner Alan Gaylin said of the transition; “Our goal at Bread & Butter Concepts is always to provide the most innovative quality culinary experience and service for our guests.  The counter service style was not the most conducive and best way for us to do that.
